Experience authentic Tibetan music and dance from world renowned Tibetan performers. Trained in folk music, dance and opera, Sherap Wangmo has performed around the world in many venues including Carnegie Hall. Classically trained Tibetan musician Pasang Dolma won best Tibetan female singer of the Year in 2003 and has personally performed for His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
Learn about meditation and Buddhist philosophy from Tibetan monks Kushok Lobsang Dhamchoe and Geshe Pema Tshering. Highly knowledgeable in Buddhist philosophy, Geshe Pema will be giving a presentation on introductory Buddhism. Kushok Lobsang, trained by His Holiness the Dalai Lama, will be discussing meditation and its many benefits for health and wellness.
